Welcome to Lifestream Technical and Clinical Support Program.  Whatever your needs, our goal is to provide you with the support you need when you need it.  We have a subscription program to be of service to you. 

  • 1. For the hours of 9AM - 5PM Central Standard Time, please call Rocco Bruno directly on his mobile 512-293-9211.  Leave a message as necessary for quickest service.  Facetime is great in solving issues.
  • 2. Please have an English speaking representative call us.
  • 3. Please make certain that the representative is standing near the Angel of Water with the issue for troubleshooting.
  • 4. If you do not find your answer readily in the Users Guide/Trouble Shooting section, email your question to Rocco@angelofwater.com and we will respond to you as practically possible usually within a few hours or less. Calling is best!
  • Program choices: unlimited calls for $150 per month, $300 per 3 months, $450 for 6 months, $600 per year….this is only $1.65 per day for technical assistance for a whole year.  This is unbelievably low technical help when you need it.  Simply go to our SHOP Tab, scroll to the Technical Support tab, click, for one month at $150 or click 2X for 3 months, 3X for 6months and 4X for the year….or simply have a one-time call subscription fee for $75 USD.  We appreciate you and are here to be of support!
